Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to support the Environmental Solutions Practice in the Southwest, based in Irvine or Torrance, CA. Lead site characterization, risk assessment, remedial design and regulatory interactions across diverse sites.

You will mentor staff, deliver reports, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators to ensure timely, compliant project completion.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of on-site remediation experience with CA regulations.
• Experience with site investigations and remedial action planning.
• Strong regulatory reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple environmental projects to meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate site investigations, remedial activities, and reporting.
• Oversee QA/QC and mentor junior staff.
• Engage with clients and regulatory agencies to address inquiries.
