Job summary

Innovative Construction Solutions in California is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close complex environmental construction projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage costs and schedules, and drive project success through strong communication and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of direct project management experience.
• 40-HR HAZWOPER or 8-HR refresher desirable, with training available.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer handoff meetings, review scope, budget, and tools for project execution.
• Serve as primary contact for all project information and distribute docs.
• Track costs and prepare change orders for scope changes.
• Review subcontractor monthly requisitions and final payments.
• Coach and supervise project team; ensure accountability.
• Manage field leadership to define roles and responsibilities.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders; conduct postmortems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
