Job summary

EDGE is seeking an experienced project manager to join the Environmental Compliance Liability Team in Houston, TX, supporting clients in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Manufacturing sectors. You will lead due diligence projects, develop environmental liability estimates, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in environmental consulting and 5+ years in project management, with SPCC/SWP3 experience and strong regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting project management.
• Experience in Due Diligence and Environmental Liability estimates.
• Proficiency in SPCC Plans and SWP3, including compliance items.
• Experience preparing regulatory reports (EPCRA, CERCLA, CWA, RCRA).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to collaborate in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead business development initiatives to expand the client base and nurture relationships.
• Manage Due Diligence projects including Phase I ESAs, Phase II investigations, and liability estimations.
• Provide technical and administrative support across projects (regulatory research, data collection, and document preparation).
• Lead, train, and mentor junior staff; foster professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to quality, budget, schedule, and scope of assignments.
• Prepare proposals for scopes of work under senior PM guidance.
