Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Project and task management for NEPA documents.
• Direct technical staff across research to support document prep.
• Lead scoping, purpose and need, alternatives, and NEPA-compliant documents.
• Prepare NEPA documents (CEs, EAs, EISs).
• Lead special studies (Section 4(f), ESA, NHPA, permits).
• Develop project deliverables and ensure quality control.
• Facilitate public outreach and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage multiple, diverse projects concurrently.
