Qualifications

• BA/BS in Environmental Science/Studies, Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
• 5+ years of environmental planning and review experience in California.
• Experience managing CEQA and/or NEPA documents.
• Strong knowledge of CEQA/NEPA processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEQA/NEPA documents; prepare and review reports and exemptions.
• Direct research, analyze impacts, and communicate defensible findings.
• Coordinate specialists; oversee QA/QC and schedules.
• Lead agency consultations and regulatory discussions for permitting.
• Prepare materials for agency staff, decision makers and stakeholders.
