The role emphasizes delivering NEPA-compliant solutions, coordinating with a global tech community, and driving growth in environmental permitting capabilities for renewable energy, natural gas, and data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental studies or related field.
• 4+ years (8 years preferred) of project management, licensing, and permitting experience.
• Experience with NEPA documents for federal/state agencies.
• Experience with federal, state, and local permitting for energy projects.
• Ability to travel across large geographical area.
• Strong written, verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi‑media permitting and compliance for energy infrastructure projects.
• Lead NEPA projects for solar, natural gas, and renewable energy.
• Contribute to permitting strategies, due diligence, and due diligence reviews.
• Prepare and oversee permitting documents.
• Support business development and client relationships while expanding ERM's renewable energy practice.
• Ensure quality, budget, schedule, and scope adherence.
