Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in environmental permitting with 5+ years on complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of Clean Water Act programs and AZPDES/NPDES permits.
• Experience leading permit applications for large-scale projects in arid regions.
• Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of AZPDES permits and SWPPPs.
• Manage Section 404 permit processes and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate with agencies (ADEQ, USACE, EPA) and teams to gather data.
• Develop permitting strategies, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff on permitting processes and compliance.
