Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing environmental projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of environmental consulting practices, project financials, QA, risk management.
• Tennessee PE or PG license preferred.
• Additional environmental certifications or accreditations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop environmental staff, supporting technical growth and career progression.
• Manage environmental projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Collaborate with office leadership and multidisciplinary teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting proposal development and project pursuits.
• Coordinate resources across projects to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Represent the firm within the local community, industry organizations, and professional associations.
