Job summary

LVI Associates in Dallas, TX (Hybrid) seeks a seasoned environmental professional to join as a senior leader. You will guide complex site investigations, remediation strategies, and risk evaluations while mentoring junior colleagues and expanding client relationships across Texas.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and client-focused problem solving to deliver practical, science-based environmental decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related environmental field.
• 12+ years of environmental consulting experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• PE or PG credentials preferred.
• Experience managing complex investigations and remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations and risk-based decision making.
• Experience as a technical advisor and primary client contact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex environmental engagements including site characterization, remediation strategy, and risk evaluation.
• Serve as senior technical resource for multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists.
• Provide direction on projects involving contaminants, emerging threats, and redevelopment challenges.
• Develop defensible technical approaches aligning regulatory requirements with client objectives.
• Build lasting relationships with industrial, energy, and public-sector clients.
• Support business development, including proposals and client strategy discussions.
• Review reports, work plans, site models, risk evaluations, and remediation recommendations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants across disciplines.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners to deliver high-quality client solutions.
