Ramboll seeks a Principal to lead site investigation and remediation activities within our Environment and Health team. Bring 15+ years of environmental consulting experience and a strong track record in business development and client relationships to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

You will manage projects across contaminated media, brownfield redevelopment, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff and promoting safety. Houston, Austin, or Dallas are preferred locations.

Qualifikationen

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical) or science-related field.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting focusing on site investigation and remediation.
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Relevant professional licenses and/or certifications.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and build client relationships.
• Manage projects, clients, staff, and navigate regulatory agency relations.
• Interpret project needs against local, state, and federal environmental regulations and communicate findings.
• Lead project delivery, including site visits and senior reviews of deliverables.
• Mentor and model health, safety, and security for the team.
