Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Senior Environmental Broker in Dallas to lead placement and servicing of environmental insurance programs, including new and renewal business. You will develop product knowledge, manage brokerage activities, and collaborate with brokers, producers, and underwriters to obtain quotes and terms.

You will review data, prepare proposals, and create analytics for clients while coaching junior colleagues and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required or able to obtain within 90 days; surplus lines license within 180 days.
• 4–6 years of insurance industry experience in broking, underwriting, or related discipline.
• Exposure to environmental insurance products (CPL, PLL, EPL, CG/Site).
• Ability to analyze coverage and compare market options for placement recommendations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support placement and servicing of new and renewal environmental programs.
• Develop knowledge of environmental products and client risk exposures.
• Manage brokerage activities for a portfolio of environmental risks.
• Collaborate with brokers, producers, underwriters, and service teams for quotes and terms.
• Act as day-to-day contact for carrier and internal stakeholders.
• Review underwriting data, submissions, and RFP responses for accuracy.
• Prepare analytics, benchmarking, and modeling materials for clients and teams.
• Coach junior colleagues and participate in process improvement initiatives.
