You will manage quotes, renewals, and policy changes while building strong agent relationships and ensuring timely service. This role emphasizes compliance and market awareness in a dynamic insurance landscape.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years wholesale/MGA experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail insurance agents.
• Market new and renewal business to carriers and wholesalers.
• Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms for clients.
• Review applications, loss runs, and underwriting information.
• Prepare and present quotes and explain coverage options.
• Manage accounts from submission through binding and policy issuance.
• Follow up on quotes and renewal opportunities.
• Meet or exceed production and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with assistants, underwriters, and carriers.
• Stay current on industry trends and market conditions.
