Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, occupational health or safety, industrial hygiene, environmental sciences, or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree in safety programs preferred
• 4–6 years ergonomics, environmental, chemical or safety experience required
• 1–3 years training experience preferred
• 1–3 years in workers' compensation claims management preferred

Responsabilités

• Ensures regulatory compliance in environmental, occupational health and safety programs.
• Develops and updates safety policies, training, and procedures.
• Leads investigations and root cause analyses for incidents.
• Implements internal audits and maintains KPIs for safety.
• Partners with internal teams to improve EHS processes across locations.
