Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation is seeking an enterprise EHS leader to oversee programs across corporate operations and federal contracts. You will partner with Operations, HR, Contracts, Quality, and site leadership to set direction and drive performance.

Responsibilities include developing and improving EHS policies and standards, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across locations. Strong incident investigation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field and 8+ years of EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and incident investigation.
• Willingness to lead EHS initiatives across multiple locations.
