Job summary

Acrylicize is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer to contribute across the project lifecycle from concept to installation. You will collaborate with the Design and Production teams, applying your illustration and environmental design experience to craft impactful spaces for global brands.

The role emphasizes conceptual thinking, strong portfolio in environmental graphics, and ability to mentor junior team members while delivering high-quality work within our hybrid studio model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Graphic Design or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Hands-on experience with environmental design projects (branding, architecture, signage).
• Experience with wayfinding systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to understand space and meet clients.
• Collaborate with Design Director on multiple projects weekly.
• Develop concepts from themes and refine towards finished designs.
• Oversee detail-oriented sampling and technical processes with Production Team.
• Mentor junior studio members and share design knowledge.
