NewGround is seeking a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to lead, create, and manage branded environments from concept to production. You will translate ideas into meaningful graphics, guide junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client objectives and NewGround standards.

Formación

• Four to eight years of professional experience in graphic design or environmental graphics.
• Bachelor degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of environmental graphics, branding, production processes, and trends.
• Experience with third party printers, vendors, fabricators, and installers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and management of graphic programs from concept through production.
• Develop innovative, brand-relevant design content.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings.
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with production teams, printers, vendors, and installers to realize design intent.
• Support junior staff development and assist with project scoping and budgeting.
• Contribute to business development through storytelling and presentations.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
