Qualifications

• Typically Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least six years of related experience.
• Experience with complex, structured transactions.
• Knowledge of renewable energy project finance and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating agreements, legal documents, and financial statements related to investments.
• Research and resolve data errors in financial reporting systems.
• Review budgets, financial statements, audits, and tax returns to assess investment risk.
• Forecast monthly tax credit delivery and equity contributions.
• Monitor portfolio risk and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Prepare underwriting packages for complex investments and present to Credit Officers.
• Coordinate with partners and other departments to ensure proper booking and documentation.
