Qualifications

• Typically Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or Taxation, or equivalent work experience
• Typically up to three years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Tracking, reviewing, and inputting annual operating budgets, quarterly financial statements, annual financial audits, and other compliance reporting into internal data systems
• Provide financial performance analysis, risk assessment support, and compliance monitoring for a portfolio of tax credit investments and loans
• Communicate financial, compliance, and operational performance to the Environmental Finance Asset Management team
• Engage as front-line contact with customers and investment partners to coordinate communications and reporting
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and continuous monitoring of internal data systems
