Shannon & Wilson is an employee-owned environmental and geotechnical consulting firm seeking an Environmental Scientist or Engineer for our St. Louis office to manage diverse projects and expand lab capabilities.

Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor's degree, 7–14 years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, willingness to travel, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 7–14 years of experience.
• Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform Phase I, II, & III Environmental Site Assessments.
• Assist with data assessment, reporting, and field work.
• Review, evaluate and interpret environmental data; prepare reports.
• Communicate with clients, vendors and staff professionally.
• Follow QA policies and Health & Safety procedures.
• Travel as needed to support projects and offices.
