CDM Smith Inc. seeks a Project Technical Leader to drive technical delivery under the GDEF framework. Based in Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington, you will share technical vision with the PM and guide a team on water/wastewater projects.

The Project Technical Leader role focuses on the technical delivery of projects within the Global Delivery Excellence Framework (GDEF). The PTL works closely with the Project Manager (PM), sharing ownership of the technical vision and reporting directly to the PM. The position may be based out of Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington office.
Responsibilities: The PTL coordinates technical content for design and non‑design projects, applying preemptive, preventive, and proactive approaches to mitigate circle back issues. Key duties include:
