Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks an Environmental Engineer III to lead environmental projects, oversee investigations, and guide junior staff across multiple sites in the Utah/Idaho/Alaska region. The role focuses on stormwater, wastewater, air quality, and restoration tasks, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and client coordination.

The successful candidate will manage data, prepare technical documents, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while advancing toward project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or other engineering discipline.
• Seven to fifteen years of experience working on environmental projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with environmental technicians for data collection and evaluation.
• Provide technical guidance and supervise project staff preparing documentation.
• Review processes for permits, plans, reports, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
• Lead in creating effective team dynamics and mentorship.
