Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks an Environmental Engineer III to join a multi-site team across AK, ID, UT, and ME. You will conduct site inspections, collect and document data, and support regulatory compliance for environmental projects.

You will mentor junior staff, lead technical documentation, and collaborate with Project Managers to advance restoration objectives while fostering a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or other engineering discipline.
• Seven to fifteen years of experience working on environmental projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide scientific and technical guidance to project staff and prepare written documentation.
• Lead documentation and serve as a liaison for clients on environmental projects.
• Review processes to obtain and update environmental permits, plans, and reports.
• Lead a proactive safety culture and mentor junior staff.
