Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Environmental Engineer / Project Manager in New Jersey for a civil and environmental firm.

The role focuses on due diligence, assessments, risk analyses, NEPA, Brownfields projects, USTs, vapor intrusion, and hazardous materials evaluations to advance client goals. Requirements include a ABET-aligned degree, PE or PG, 10+ years of project management, strong communication, travel ability, and OSHA HAZWOPER training; proficiency with ArcGIS/AutoCAD

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Earth Sciences, or related program.
Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist.
10+ years of environmental project management experience.
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to travel as needed (overnight travel estimated at 10%).
Pass drug screen, background check, and have satisfactory driving record.
Proficiency with ArcGIS and/or AutoCAD, and Excel.
Expertise in field testing and sampling methodologies.
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training.

Responsibilities

Lead due diligence, assessment, and risk-based analyses.
Manage NEPA, Brownfields/VCC contracts, USTs, vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation.
Oversee hazardous materials evaluations and related environmental services.
Drive project management and client communication to ensure timely delivery.
