Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental permitting efforts for midstream, interstate transmission, compression, storage, and related energy infrastructure projects.
• Manage FERC pre-filing and certificate application processes, including preparation of environmental resource reports and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate environmental review activities under NEPA, including Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements.
• Serve as the primary environmental liaison with federal, state environmental agencies, tribal governments, and local jurisdictions.
• Develop permitting strategies that minimize project risk while supporting project schedules and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preparation and submission of environmental permit applications, technical studies, and compliance documentation.
