Job Description
WSP is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer for our Indianapolis, Indiana office. You will work with the Earth & Environment Team on projects primarily for Industrial Manufacturing, Transportation, and Oil & Gas industries, involving water supply, wastewater treatment, waste disposal, pollution control, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include developing reports, assessing risks, and ensuring project quality.

Your Impact

• Support client relationships and provide project direction.
• Manage and execute projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Prepare technical reports and evaluations.
• Review contractor submittals and track project documentation.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in environmental engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong computer, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical software.
• Willingness to travel and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and lead junior staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and professional licensure.
• Experience managing projects and safety training.
