We are seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer for our Columbus, Ohio office, with consideration for Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team, mainly in the solid waste industry, including water supply, wastewater treatment, waste disposal, pollution control, and environmental quality preservation. Responsibilities include generating reports, assessing risks, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to existing clients and team members.
• Manage projects independently, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Prepare technical proposals and reports.
• Lead field activities, oversee subcontractors, and manage project documentation.
• Travel to project sites as needed, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in environmental engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong computer, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS).
• Ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage projects.
• Willingness to travel and interact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and professional licensure.
• Experience managing small to mid-size projects.
• Certifications like OSHA HAZWOPER, First Aid, CPR.
