Job summary

W3Global is seeking a senior Environmental Due Diligence Manager in New York, NY to lead and grow the environmental due diligence department, oversee Phase I/II ESAs, and manage client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with field investigations, reports, budgets, and staff supervision, plus strong knowledge of ASTM standards and NY environmental requirements. This on-site role offers opportunities for leadership, professional development, and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of Phase I and Phase II ESA experience.
• Ability to lead staff, manage projects and budgets, and maintain client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM standards and subsurface investigation methods.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Quire experience preferred.
• PG or PE license preferred.
• Current OSHA HAZWOPER and OSHA 30 training, a valid driver's license, and responsible use of AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations, staff assignments, workload planning, and project delivery.
• Manage Phase I and Phase II ESAs, review data, and prepare technical reports.
• Develop and review investigation work plans, sampling plans, budgets, schedules, and estimates.
• Conduct site inspections, field investigations, and coordinate drilling and subcontractors.
• Review reports and laboratory data for quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage client relationships and support business development.
• Monitor budgets and mentor environmental professionals.
