Job summary

V3 Companies seeks a Due Diligence Group Manager to lead the environmental due diligence team across multiple sites and projects. You’ll evaluate real estate and transactions, analyze environmental impacts, and deliver clear findings and options to clients.

You will coordinate portfolios, develop proposals, and mentor project teams while expanding client relationships. Join a collaborative, fast-paced firm with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, health, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental due diligence, compliance evaluations, and EH&S laws and regulations.
• Experience with regulatory site closure and remediation (preferred).
• Certification or licensure in field of expertise (preferred).
• Proven ability to assess diverse property, industry, and transaction types.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations with excellent research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage clients, teams, contractors, and regulators.
• Able to translate environmental and regulatory issues into clear business terms for clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Demonstrated business development success and professional engagement.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the environmental due diligence group on projects.
• Evaluate real estate, business transactions and industrial operations.
• Analyze potential environmental impact and provide findings, recommendations, and options.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence products, including multi-site portfolios and teams.
• Support development efforts, including technical and cost proposals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the One Team culture.
