Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a consulting-relevant field such as Environmental Science, Engineering, or Geology.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible consulting experience in project management and client relations.
• Strong regulatory, permitting, and assessment method knowledge; proven leadership and team motivation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills; strong business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, building lasting relationships.
• Design tailored solutions and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, and maintain records within scope and budget.
