Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; a Master’s is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Holds professional certification in California, as appropriate.
• Experience with state environmental programs/regulations. Experience with CERCLA and RCRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate annual net revenue exceeding $750,000 annually at 20%+ profit.
• Direct projects and oversee key client relationships, including staff development and new business opportunities.
• Help lead the office in technical excellence and employee development; collaborate on vision and direction.
• Provide technical and project management support to clients for all facets of project execution.
