Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to deliver construction phase services on multiple projects with values up to $250M. The role supports environmental, civil, and decommissioning work across the US West, with a hybrid in-office/onsite schedule three days a week.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of experience, CCM or PE is a plus, and strong budget, schedule, reporting, and client-relations skills. Remote options may be considered based on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience on multiple projects.
• CCM certification or PE license a plus.
• Experience with web-based document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management for environmental, civil, and decommissioning projects with a major oil and gas client in the US West.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules; monitor progress and post-calculations.
• Design and implement reporting strategies; communicate insights to client teams.
• Collaborate with client development; lead procurement efforts including RFPs and tenders.
• Provide construction regulatory guidance and best practices for constructability and sequencing.
• Develop knowledge-sharing processes and internal best practices.
• Maintain professional accreditations and stay current with external regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies for bid solicitations and evaluate tender specifications.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory codes; manage external client relationships.
