Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to deliver on-time and on-budget construction phase services for multiple projects with values up to $250M, primarily in the US West. This role supports environmental, civil, and decommissioning work across multiple sites, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to work remotely based on location.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of Construction Management experience, a CCM or PE is a plus, and proficiency with web-based document management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of Construction Manager/Resident Engineer experience on multiple projects.
• CCM certification or PE license is a plus but not required.
• Experience with web-based document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management for environmental, civil, and decommissioning projects.
• Develop, deliver, and manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects.
• Lead procurement, bid analysis, and interview preparation activities.
• Provide construction regulatory guidance and best practices.
• Share knowledge through internal sessions and maintain external accreditations.
