Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience as Construction Manager and/or Resident Engineer on multiple simultaneous construction projects.
• CCM certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Experience with web-based document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Construction Management for environmental construction, site remediation, civil construction, and decommissioning projects.
• Develop, deliver, and manage budget plans and schedules for construction projects.
• Contribute to reporting strategies and templates and communicate with client team.
• Collaborate with client development team and lead procurement efforts including proposals.
• Provide specialist advice on constructability, cost evaluations, and sequencing for environmental and civil projects.
• Develop policies, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions across projects.
