Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist to support Legacy Management’s obligation to protect human health and the environment and oversee long-term surveillance and maintenance programs.

The role entails preparing project-specific environmental compliance plans, interpreting regulations, and coordinating across teams to ensure EMS sustainability and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with UMTRCA, NEPA, RCRA, CWA, CAA and natural resources laws.
• Ability to gather data for compliance reports and permits.
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site-specific environmental compliance planning documentation.
• Review and evaluate proposed actions under environmental laws.
• Identify and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports.
• Support EMS sustainability and compliance targets.
• Travel to project sites up to 10% as needed.
• Perform document reviews and facilitate regulatory updates.
