Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist to support Legacy Management’s obligations and long-term surveillance and maintenance. The role is based in Westminster, CO with potential remote work options, and is full-time with a salary range of $100,000.00–$125,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required; 15+ years of relevant environmental experience preferred.
Experience with CERCLA, NEPA, RCRA, CWA, CAA and natural resources laws.
Strong data gathering, reporting, and regulatory document preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare site/project specific environmental compliance planning documentation.
Review and evaluate proposed actions per applicable environmental laws.
Identify and interpret regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports.
Travel to project sites up to 10% of the time.
Support LM through executing environmental programs and meeting support.
