Chemours seeks an Environmental Manager based in Deepwater, NJ, responsible for leading environmental programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. The role collaborates with operations, maintenance and site teams to deliver environmental performance.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 5–7 years’ experience, strong leadership, and experience with air, water, and waste regulatory requirements. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline preferably chemical or environmental engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of environmental experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive results in ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance and leadership as a site environmental resource.
• Lead interactions with regulatory agencies and community groups.
• Support air, water, waste and other environmental programs.
• Oversee permits, emissions inventories and reporting obligations.
• Drive compliance with Clean Air Act, NPDES and environmental regs.
• Manage LDAR, Greenhouse Gas reporting and related programs.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and permit renewals.
• Lead audits and incident investigations.
