Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations and their applicability to operations.
• Ability to analyze, research, and prepare permit applications, logs, reports, and agency responses.
• Ability to interpret governmental regulations, guidance, and instruction materials.
• Attention to detail and strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring to lower level employees on compliance systems and procedures.
• Fully independent with decision rights to execute responsibilities.
• Develop internal audit protocols to evaluate facilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate environmental permitting before, during, and after construction.
• Represent company positions in regulatory matters and industry associations.
• Review inspection results and apply findings to operations and programs.
