Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental, natural science, engineering preferred.
• Typically 3–5 years related experience in environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and onboard new employees, assisting with compliance requirements and procedures.
• Evaluate operating/project data to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate field inspections and identify compliance improvement opportunities; ensure sustainable corrective actions.
• Serve as primary company representative in verbal and written agency communications and inspections.
• Coordinate and facilitate environmental permitting for maintenance, growth, and large capital projects.
• Support regulatory issue evaluations and applying company guidelines to compliance tasks.
• Oversee data management and environmental records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage field-based contractors and assist with proposals and work authorizations.
