Job summary

Dudek is seeking a senior environmental compliance professional to lead compliance for complex infrastructure and renewable-energy projects. You will guide strategy, manage commitments, and ensure permit conditions are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

Based in a hybrid office setting near Los Angeles, you will oversee projects such as utility-scale solar, transmission, and energy storage, coordinating with clients, teams, and regulators to deliver compliant, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams on complex due-diligence, large infrastructure projects, permitting, and supervising staff.
• Strong technical writing and research skills with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance services for complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
• Guide compliance strategy and manage environmental commitments with project teams.
• Ensure permit conditions are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
