Qualifications
- 8+ years of prior experience performing construction site inspections.
- Prior experience providing environmental inspections in and for NY, NJ and/or NYC agencies is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform field audits of environmental documentation and field activities.
- Review and prepare written technical reports documenting environmental construction compliance.
- Report inconsistencies and environmental permitting requirements to the environmental compliance team.
- Provide oversight of construction as it relates to environmental compliance.
- Ability to interpret scientific data and specifications.
- Promote innovation in sustainability areas such as waste, energy/carbon, and water.
