Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Insurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in environmental casualty products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate risk appetite to brokers.
• Collaborate with distribution and underwriters to target accounts.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and select submissions for underwriting.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with brokers and clients.
• Develop long-term broker/client relationships to grow book.
• Mentor underwriters.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Develop an individual business plan aligned with product strategies.
• Maintain risk selection per product guidelines.
