Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor in Washington to provide expert CERCLA and regulatory support within the ESP for the National Park Service. You will help keep RI/FS/RD/RA milestones on track and support leadership with transparent records.

The role requires a BA/BS in Environmental Science or related field with 20+ years of experience, plus strong proficiency in EPA regulations and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Health and Safety, or similar; with 20+ years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, NEPA, TSCA, NCP, and EPA regulations; ability to provide expert guidance to senior managers.
• Proficient in Windows-based tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Provide CERCLA and regulatory expertise to advance program milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to maintain project documentation.
• Prepare and review administrative records and technical deliverables.
