Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions, in partnership with the National Park Service, seeks a Senior Technical Advisor to support CERCLA and other contaminant-related matters across multiple parks in the National Capital Region. The role provides technical project support to keep milestones on track, preserve institutional knowledge, and maintain leadership-ready records for transparency and audit.

The candidate should have a BA/BS in Environmental Science or Environmental Health & Safety

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Health & Safety, or similar with 20+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CERCLA, NCP, CWA, NEPA, NHPA, OSHA, EPA regs, TSCA, RCRA, and related laws.
• Provide historical and scientific technical reviews to stakeholders and partners.
• Participate in technical meetings and maintain review matrices.
• Curate admin-record files and track deliverables with due dates.
• Draft periodic site updates for park leadership.
• Coordinate information exchange among contractors, DOEE, PRPs, and park staff.
