Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Paymaster, Sports & Entertainment to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple entertainment projects, including film, television and live events. You’ll ensure timely, accurate payroll while complying with union agreements, tax laws and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with production clients, leveraging industry experience to enhance staff development in entertainment payroll. Experience in entertainment payroll and related software is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the entertainment payroll industry.
• Strong knowledge of entertainment payroll practices and union agreements.
• Experience with payroll software and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for cast, crew, and production employees, including union and non-union workers.
• Ensure compliance with SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE and tax laws.
• Provide detailed payroll reports and support audits and inquiries.
