Solvo Global Inc. is seeking a Paymaster, Sports & Entertainment to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple entertainment projects. The role ensures timely, accurate payroll while complying with union agreements, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

The Sr. Paymaster collaborates with production clients to elevate payroll processes across departments. The position requires 2–4 years of entertainment payroll experience, deep knowledge of guild rules, and proficiency with payroll software.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll experience in the entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE guild rules.
• Proficiency with entertainment payroll software and accounting systems.
• Solid knowledge of tax withholdings and wage laws.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and guild agreements.
• Oversee payroll processing for cast, crew, and production staff across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and audits, and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT to implement payroll system updates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and contracts.
