Job summary

TECHEAD Mid Atlantic is seeking an experienced Application Developer for an on‑site Norfolk, VA role. This contract-to-hire opportunity requires designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications with ASP.NET, C#, and modern web stacks to ensure high availability and security.

You will leverage SharePoint SPFx, Power Platform, SQL, and Azure services while implementing IA controls and 508 compliance. A Secret clearance and strong UI/UX focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of web app development with C#, SPFx, JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, T-SQL, .NET, JSON, PowerShell.
• Experience installing/configuring Microsoft Servers, IIS, SQL, and Visual Studio.
• Proficiency in data modeling and UI/UX design.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware).
• Strong AGILE experience and IA policy implementation.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Security+ CE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, manage, and maintain complex enterprise applications using ASP.NET, C#, and web stacks.
• Develop data integration layers and custom solutions leveraging SharePoint SPFx and Power Platform.
• Build reports and dashboards with SSRS, Power BI, and BI tools.
• Ensure security controls, 508 accessibility, and IA compliance.
• Provide user training and technical support.
• Participate in project planning and technology recommendations.
