Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology metrics across Reliability, Delivery, Quality, Risk, and Finance.
• Govern metric definitions, data ownership, thresholds, and reporting standards.
• Serve as business owner for leadership reporting capabilities and dashboards.
• Develop systems of record definitions across Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI and related tools.
• Create executive-ready narratives explaining trends and improvement actions.
