Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of multidisciplinary programs for AI Enterprise Data Center solutions. You will coordinate with OEM System Partners from early development to production readiness and lifecycle support, leading cross-functional teams to meet complex requirements.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
12+ years in high-tech with Technical Program Management for OEMs/ODMs.
Strong customer savvy with enterprise system platforms and Tier-1 OEMs.
Technical savvy across hardware/software, networks and system qualification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate enterprise product system integration tasks across functional areas with OEM System Partners.
Collect, prioritize, track and drive closure of customer-reported issues.
Communicate status to customers and NVIDIA executives clearly and timely.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, product management and sales to resolve issues and keep scope.
Lead hardware/software engineering discussions and escalate urgency as needed.
