Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is recruiting a Senior Project Leader – Enterprise Systems Engineering for the Portfolio Analysis Department in the Enterprise Effects Division. This on-site role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with responsibilities spanning integration of SSDP force designs and cross‑organizational collaboration.

Minimum 10 years in systems engineering, a bachelor’s in a technical field, and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in systems engineering or related space engineering disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph; eligibility for SAP clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integrator of SSDP force designs into acquisition programs and collaborate with SSC program offices.
• Lead a team to enable integration, information sharing, and collaboration across SSDP, SWAC, SSC, and partner organizations.
• Address unstructured problems and connect groups to integrate across mission areas and end-to-end kill chains.
• Build and maintain relationships with national security space organizations and perform research on counterspace threats.
