Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, or engineering is required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in leading technical or systems engineering programs.
• Broad technical background with end-to-end concept to delivery experience is a plus.
• Experience with system trade studies, requirements development, hardware integration, and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide interdisciplinary technical leadership to Integration Teams supporting Space superiority efforts.
• Work with the customer and contractor teams on enterprise requirements development, allocation, and test planning.
• Guide customer and contractor teams on systems engineering practices and model-based systems engineering activities.
• Perform technical assessments, identify gaps, risks, and issues, and support risk management.
